SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping with Zabbaleen Products. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. This policy is subject to change at any time..
Shipment processing time
All orders are normally processed for shipping within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped during weekends or holidays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Returns Policy
Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.
Estimated Shipping Times
We usually ship orders from Cambridge UK. All orders will be tracked and your signatures are required when you receive your parcels. Delivery tracking numbers will be provided after dispatch.
Usual transit times are:
• UK : 1-3 working day(s)
• Europe : 3-7 working days
• North America : 5-7 days
Although we strive to deliver your orders as early as possible, please note that we cannot guarantee the shipping times.
Packaging
Your order will be packed in a suitably sized container and well protected. We care about the environment and use recycled or sustainably produced materials as much as possible. Sometimes we may re-use packaging materials in good condition.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING TO UK ADDRESSES:
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping is free to the UK. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We aim to dispatch within two working days, using a service that takes delivers within 3 days of dispatch.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
Our Returns and refund policy covers items if they are defective or damaged before you have received them.
Zabbaleen Products is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. You are advised to take photographs of any damaged goods and packaging.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently offer international shipping to some countries in Europe and North America* (see below) at prices stated at checkout. All orders will be tracked and your signatures are required upon your receiving parcels. Delivery tracking numbers will be provided after dispatch.
Customs & Import Taxes
At present there is no duty on shipments to EU member destinations. This may change when the UK leaves the EU. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes for customs clearance. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.
We are not responsible for any taxes, duty or tariffs (if any are applicable) imposed by the destination country.
For international customers, please bear in mind that it may take longer for your national customs offices to process their clearances. You may be able to find more tracking information from your national postal services online using the provided tracking numbers.
